Ingredients

  • 250gr high pro flour
  • 40gr sugar
  • 3g yeast
  • 10gr whippy cream powder (optional)
  • 10gr milk powder
  • 1 egg
  • 120-125gr liquid milk (pour it a little later, okay) because the condition of the flour is different
  • 50gr butter
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Topping

  • Tomato sauce (grease)
  • Smoked beef to taste
  • Grated cheese
  • Mozzarella Cheese
  • Oregano (sprinkle)

How to make

  • 1. Mix all ingredients except butter and salt, then mix until well blended.
  • 2. Then add the butter and salt and mix until it's smooth and elastic. Cover the dough and let it rest for 1 hour.
  • 3. After 1 hour, take each 40gr of dough and round it off and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  • 4. Take 1 piece of dough and flatten the skewers of the dough then spread the tomato sauce, top it with, add a sprinkling of oregano.
  • 5. then oven at 180 dercel for 15 minutes fire up and down. Adjust each oven. Ready to serve
