Milk Jelly Pudding Ingredients

  • A. Mango Pudding
  • 10 gr mango nutrijell (1 small pack)
  • 1 tsp agar2 plain
  • 75 gr sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 400 ml uht milk
  • 200 ml water
  • A little yellow/orange coloring
  • B. Lychee pudding
  • 5 g nutrijell lychee
  • 1/2 tsp agar2 plain
  • 40 g sugar
  • 200 ml uht milk
  • 100 ml water
  • A little green, yellow coloring

How to Make Milk Jelly Pudding

  • 1. Cook the lychee pudding ingredients to a boil while stirring, take a little yellow mixture, and pour it on the fruit and leaves, let it harden then cut the leaves. Take a little more, give it a green color, pour it on the leaves. Let it harden. The lines on the top.
  • 2. Pour the remaining lychee pudding, let half harden.
  • 3. Cook the mango pudding until it boils while stirring, pour it over the lychee pudding.
  • It's simple… and easy.

  • Measure the spoon using a measuring spoon
  • Sugar according to taste
