Ingredients

  • 250 gr low protein flour
  • 200 gr butter (I mix margarine)
  • 35 grams of powdered milk
  • 35 gr cornstarch
  • 2 egg yolks
  • A pinch of salt (just a little or not, don't use salty and edam cheese too)
  • 125 gr edam cheese (grated)
  • 50 g cheddar cheese (grated for topping)

Spread

  • 2 egg yolks from free-range chicken with red filling, if using domestic eggs, use omega, just 1 item, but choose the big one
  • 1 tsp melted butter/oil
  • Mix together

Method

  • 1. Egg mixer at low speed, just a moment, as long as it's mixed
  • 2. Enter the milk flour, stir with a spatula until well blended, add the grated edam cheese, mix well
  • 3. Print according to taste, I just print it by hand, it's not weighed
  • 4. After everything is done, rub it with a spread, I spread it 2x and sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese
  • 5. Preheat the oven to 150 degrees for 10 minutes
  • 6. Oven 30 minutes fire up and down
