Pearl Sago Pandan Pudding
Materials
- 1 pack of agar² powder
- 300 ml of UHT liquid milk.
- 200 ml of instant coconut milk.
- 300 ml of water.
- 150 gr sugar (according to taste).
- 1 tsp of fragrant pandan paste.
- Gram is enough.
Pearl
- 100 gr white pearl sago
- *** First, boil 1 liter of water, then add the pearl sago. Cook for about 7 minutes, turn off the stove. Then cover and let stand about 15 minutes until transparent. Then strain. And rinse with water 1x and filter again. set aside.
How to Make Pudding
- 1. Mix all ingredients and stir until smooth (except pearl sago). Then cook until boiling. Turn off the stove.
- 2. Stir for a moment until the hot steam of the pudding is slightly reduced. Add the cooked pearl sago. Stir well. Then pour into the mold.
- 3. Let stand until room temperature. Then put in the refrigerator. Pudding Ready to be served with vla. (For vla ny, I pk vla instant ready to use).
