Ingredients

  • 375 g pumpkin (weighed after cooked)
  • 50 gr sweetened condensed milk
  • 65 g fine granulated sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla paste
  • 150 gr glutinous rice flour
  • 1 tbsp rice flour

How to make

  • 1. Steam/boil the pumpkin until soft then puree with a fork or chopper
  • 2. Add other ingredients, knead until smooth and smooth
