Pumpkin Pancakes
Ingredients
- 375 g pumpkin (weighed after cooked)
- 50 gr sweetened condensed milk
- 65 g fine granulated sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp vanilla paste
- 150 gr glutinous rice flour
- 1 tbsp rice flour
How to make
- 1. Steam/boil the pumpkin until soft then puree with a fork or chopper
- 2. Add other ingredients, knead until smooth and smooth
