How to make

  • 1. In a bowl, mix flour, yeast, milk powder, liquid milk, and sugar. Knead briefly until well blended. Lastly add butter and salt. Knead until smooth and elastic. Roll out the dough, cover tightly, and keep in a warm place for 60 minutes / until the dough has doubled in size.
  • 2. Deflate the dough. Divide in half and knead briefly. Fold and make a round/oval shape. Arrange on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Keep a safe distance. Cover and let stand for a second proofing for 45 minutes.
  • 3. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • 4. Make an incision on the surface of the dough according to taste. Sprinkle enough flour. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes until the bread is cooked / puffy when tapped. Turn off the oven. Remove the bread from the oven. Serve while warm. Crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside. Yum!
