Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 60gr sugar
  • 70gr medium or low protein flour
  • 25gr margarine, melted
  • 25gr liquid milk
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla paste

Toppings

  • • sweetened condensed milk
  • • roasted shredded
  • • pieces of nori seaweed (skip if you don't have one or you can substitute sesame).

Method

  • • Mixer eggs until foamy on low speed, add sugar gradually (3 stages) on medium speed until it doubles in volume (about 3 minutes more), lower to low speed, mix until pale white thickens, turn off the mixer.
  • • Pour flour and baking powder in 2 stages, mix well with a spatula, add vanilla paste, milk, melted margarine, mix well.
  • • Pour into cups for cupcakes, bake in the oven on the stove for 45-60 minutes over medium heat or in an electric oven for 25 minutes at 160 degrees.
  • • Once cooked, remove from the oven, cool to room temperature, top with a little sweetened condensed milk to glue the roasted beef or shredded chicken, add additional pieces of nori seaweed (you don't have to use it, it's okay).
