Ingredients

  • 250 gr High Protein Flour
  • 50 gr Medium Protein Flour
  • 6 gr Instant Yeast
  • 50 gr sugar
  • 1 Egg Yolk
  • 180 ml Liquid Milk (approximately)
  • 45 gr Margarine
  • 2 g Salt

How to make

  • 1. Mix flour, instant yeast, sugar, mix well. Add the egg yolks and water, knead until the dough comes together
  • 2. Add margarine and salt, knead until elastic.
  • 3. Let the dough rest for 20 minutes, then roll it out and cut it lengthwise.
  • 4. Place the donuts on a piece of parchment paper, let stand until doubled in size for about 50-60 minutes.
  • 5. Fry the donuts in low heat, turning once until cooked.
  • 6. After it cools, top it with chocolate dip glaze.
