Ingredients

  • 4 sheets of pastry shell (can buy ready made)
  • 250 chicken breast
  • 50 gr fresh prawns
  • 6 lbs of white bread
  • 180 ml liquid milk
  • 3 whole eggs
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 8 pcs minced garlic
  • 1 pc chopped onion
  • 1 tbsp mushroom broth
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp ground pepper

Topping

  • Boiled eggs
  • Cheese slice
  • Smoked beef

Spread

  • Egg yolk

Method

  • -Mix all ingredients then puree with a chopper
  • - Arrange on a pastry shell that has been smeared with egg yolk first
  • -then add boiled egg, smoked beef & cheese slice
  • -then fold the lid, press down on the side of the pastry with a fork to lock it
  • -scratch the pastry skin to let the air out
  • -bake at high temperature for around 190-200c, fire up and down for about 25 minutes, after the pastry is browned, lower the temperature to 160c for 15 minutes (adjust your oven)
  • -Once cooked, take it out and serve it with chili sauce, it's more delicious
