Smoked Beef Tray Cake

Ingredients

  • 300ml coconut milk
  • 75gr rice flour
  • 25gr tapioca
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 5 pieces of smoked beef @hanzel_id
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Chili oil

Method

  • Mix coconut milk, sugar and salt, then cook until hot, not boiling. Turn off the fire. Let it come to room temperature.
  • Mix in a bowl of rice flour and tapioca, gradually add the coconut milk mixture, while stirring until smooth and without lumps.
  • Grease the tray cake mold with a thin layer of oil, pour the dough up to 1/2 the mold, steam in the hot steamer for 7 minutes, add smoked beef HANZEL which has been formed into small circles, pour the mixture until it is full, steam again for 15 minutes.
  • Lift and remove from the mould.
  • Heat butter, cook smoked beef HANZEL, remove and cut lengthwise, roll up, and place on a baking sheet that has been given chili oil. Serve.
