Smoked Beef Tray Cake
Ingredients
- 300ml coconut milk
- 75gr rice flour
- 25gr tapioca
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 5 pieces of smoked beef @hanzel_id
- 1 tbsp butter
- Chili oil
Method
- Mix coconut milk, sugar and salt, then cook until hot, not boiling. Turn off the fire. Let it come to room temperature.
- Mix in a bowl of rice flour and tapioca, gradually add the coconut milk mixture, while stirring until smooth and without lumps.
- Grease the tray cake mold with a thin layer of oil, pour the dough up to 1/2 the mold, steam in the hot steamer for 7 minutes, add smoked beef HANZEL which has been formed into small circles, pour the mixture until it is full, steam again for 15 minutes.
- Lift and remove from the mould.
- Heat butter, cook smoked beef HANZEL, remove and cut lengthwise, roll up, and place on a baking sheet that has been given chili oil. Serve.
