Cheese Layer Ingredients

  • 1 Pack of Plain Jelly
  • 90 gr granulated sugar
  • 100 gr Grated Cheese
  • 700 ml Plain Liquid Milk

Coffee Layer

  • 1 Pack of Plain Jelly
  • 10 gr Nescafe Classic (2 tsp)
  • 80 gr granulated sugar
  • 650 ml Plain Liquid Milk

Chocolate Coating

  • 1 Pack of Plain Jelly
  • 60 gr sugar
  • 1 tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • 100 gr DCC, fine comb
  • 650 ml Plain Liquid Milk

Whipping Cream

  • 100 gr Liquid Whipping Cream
  • 50 gr Cheese Spread
  • Beat whipping cream until stiff, add cheese spread, beat well. Ready to use

Sprinkled

  • Chocolate Powder to taste

How to make

  • 1. Cheese Layer: mix all the cheese layer ingredients, cook until boiling, pour into the mold. Store briefly in the freezer.
  • 2. Layer Coffee: mix all the ingredients for the coffee layer, cook until it boils. Slowly pour over the cheese layer.
  • 3. Chocolate Layer: mix all the chocolate coating ingredients, cook until it boils and the chocolate dissolves. Slowly pour over the coffee layer. Store in the refrigerator until set.
  • 4. Once set, remove from the mold, add whipped cream, sprinkle with cocoa powder.
  • Note: When pouring each layer, wait until the surface of the pudding is crusty but the bottom is not set, then pour the next layer. So that the layer can stick and not come off.
