Ingredients

  • 125 gr Salted Butter (sy, 150gr)
  • 125 gr Margarine (sy, 100gr)
  • 50 gr powdered sugar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 250 gr low protein flour
  • 50 gr Maizena Flour
  • 50 gr milk powder
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla powder (can skip)

Filling

  • Pineapple Jam, rounded (I weigh @ 6gr)
  • Grease (stir well):
  • 2 egg yolks + 1/4 tsp Cookies Glaze

How to make

  • 1. Beat butter, margarine, powdered sugar & vanilla with a mixer until pale & fluffy (about 3 minutes)
  • 2. Lower the mixer speed to the lowest speed, add the egg yolks, beat well. Turn off the mixer
  • 3. Gradually add the mixture of flour, milk powder & cornstarch (which has been sifted) while stirring with a spatula until well blended. The dough is ready to be formed.
  • 4. Take the dough (sy, skin dough @ 11gr) flatten it, add pineapple jam filling, round it & form a box (according to your taste).
  • 5. Arrange in a baking sheet that has been lined with baking paper. Bake in preheated oven at 150'C for 15 minutes. Remove from oven, let it come to room temperature
  • 7. Grease with oil, then add Edible Stamp, spread again. Bake for another 20 minutes/until golden (depending on your oven).
