1. Beat butter, margarine, powdered sugar & vanilla with a mixer until pale & fluffy (about 3 minutes)
2. Lower the mixer speed to the lowest speed, add the egg yolks, beat well. Turn off the mixer
3. Gradually add the mixture of flour, milk powder & cornstarch (which has been sifted) while stirring with a spatula until well blended. The dough is ready to be formed.
4. Take the dough (sy, skin dough @ 11gr) flatten it, add pineapple jam filling, round it & form a box (according to your taste).
5. Arrange in a baking sheet that has been lined with baking paper. Bake in preheated oven at 150'C for 15 minutes. Remove from oven, let it come to room temperature
7. Grease with oil, then add Edible Stamp, spread again. Bake for another 20 minutes/until golden (depending on your oven).
