- 1 tbsp margarine
How to make
- 1. Skin: mix margarine, sugar, salt and water, cook over low heat until all ingredients dissolve and boil, turn off heat.
- 2. Enter the flour, stir quickly until smooth. Turn on the heat, cook while stirring for 1 minute, remove from heat and let warm.
- 3. Enter 3 eggs gradually while on a low speed mixer until smooth. Put the dough in a plastic triangle. The syringe is on the baking sheet, spaced apart.
- 4. Oven at 210° fire up and down for 30 minutes. Remove and cool. Set aside.
- 5. Vla: mix all ingredients except margarine, mix well. Cook over low heat while stirring until thick. Add margarine, cook until cooked and bubbling, remove and let cool (cover so the top doesn't have a skin). Put the vla in a plastic triangle.
- 6. Solution: take the soes cake, cut the middle not to break, give the vanilla vla filling, ready to be served.
