Caramel Ingredients

  • 50 gr sugar
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Cake Ingredients

  • 130 g butter
  • 67 grams of powdered sugar
  • 67 gr wheat flour
  • 15 gr cocoa powder
  • 15 grams of powdered milk
  • 1.5 tsp baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tbsp liquid milk

Flan material

  • 125 gr cream cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 160 gr thick sweet cap is delicious
  • 150 ml liquid milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla paste
  • pinch of salt

How to make

  • 1. Caramel: mix all ingredients, then heat on the stove until it becomes caramelized. Pour into a non-stick pan that has been smeared with margarine. Set aside.
  • 2. Cake: mixer butter and sugar until fluffy pale, then add eggs one by one while mixing, add liquid milk, mixer until smooth. Enter the mixture of flour, cocoa powder, milk powder, and baking powder, mixer on the lowest speed until well blended. Pour over caramel, smooth. Set aside.
  • 3. Flan: Blend all ingredients until smooth and mixed, strain, then pour slowly using a vegetable spoon on top of the cake. Cover the entire surface of the pan with aluminum foil.
  • 4. Bake an au bain marie system, the pan that is larger than the dough pan is filled with hot water 1 cm from the dough pan, then place the dough pan on top of the water-filled pan. Oven at 175⁰ C fire up and down until cooked.
  • 5. Remove from the oven, let cool then put in the refrigerator for 4 hours and then remove from the pan.
