Green Bean Pudding Ingredients

  • 1 sachet agar plain
  • 100 grams of sugar
  • 200 ml liquid coconut milk
  • 2 pandan leaves, conclude
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • Enough cooked green beans

Step

  • Cook All Ingredients While Stirring Until Boiling Except Green Beans. Turn off the heat, pour in the green beans, mix well.
  • Pour into a baking sheet that has been moistened with water, leave until half set.
  • In a saucepan, combine all ingredients and cook over low heat, stirring occasionally. After boiling, reduce the heat while waiting for the moss to form by itself. Once formed, turn off the heat and pour over the white layer. Wait for the hot steam to dissipate, then put it in the refrigerator to set.

  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 125 ml liquid coconut milk
  • 100 ml pandan juice (10 pandan leaves + water, blender, strain)
  • 600 ml of cooking water
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
