Ingredients

  • – 70 gr tpg. Low protein flour.
  • – 10 grams of powdered milk
  • – 10 gr tpg. Maizena
  • – 6 whole eggs
  • – 90 grams of sugar
  • – 3/4 tbsp SP
  • – 125 gr butter, melted
  • – 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • Blueberry jam filling

How to make

  • - Mix all ingredients into 1. (except melted butter).
  • - Beat until thick. Add melted butter, mix well.
  • - Pour the dough into a 26 cm tin that has been smeared with margarine and lined with parchment paper. (Take a small amount of dough, mix it with the chocolate paste. Fill it into a piping bag, spray it over the white dough. Draw a line with the help of a toothpick)
  • – Bake for 15 mins at 190c or adjust with msg2 oven.
  • - Let cool, spread with blueberry jam.
  • – Roll & compact.
