Ingredients

  • 1 Pack Nutrijell Lychee (15gr)
  • 200 ml Sweet Thick
  • 1000 ml Full Cream Liquid Milk
  • 1000 ml Water
  • 100 gr granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp Maizena

Toppings

  • Grapes, oranges, kiwi, strawberries to taste
  • Melon syrup + water, sweet according to taste

How to make

  • 1. In a saucepan, mix the nutrijell, sugar, cornstarch, mix well. Add a little milk, mix well until the dough is not lumpy.
  • 2. Enter the remaining milk, water and sweetened condensed mix well.
  • 3. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until it boils. Turn off the heat, let stand until the hot steam is gone.
  • 4. Pour into a glass or pudding cup (for small cups, make about 20 pieces), chill in the refrigerator.
  • 5. After the pudding is set, sprinkle with melon syrup and fruit toppings, and chill again in the refrigerator.
  • Serve later when the evening drum arrives
