Ingredients

  • 100 gr sago
  • 25 gr rice flour
  • 100 gr sugar
  • 50 ml suji pandan water (me dragon fruit juice)
  • 200 ml coconut milk (medium thick)
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 pandan leaves, torn

Make Sprinkles

  • Grated Half-Old Coconut + Salt, Steamed

Step

  • In a cooking pot, coconut milk, pandan water, sugar, salt and pandan leaves.
  • After it boils and the sugar dissolves, turn off the heat and let it cool
  • In a bowl, mix the sago flour and rice flour.
  • Pour in the coconut milk little by little, mix well with a whisk until there are no lumps
  • The flour that has been mixed with coconut milk, if there are still lumps, it should be filtered
  • Grease the mold with a thin layer of oil
  • Pour into the mold, steam until cooked 10-15 minutes
  • The cooked lumpang cake has a hole in the middle like a mortar, it's unique
  • Grated coconut half old. Add a little salt. Steam for 10 minutes, add pandan so it smells good
  • Remove the cooked cake from the mold
  • Serve the lumpang cake with steamed grated coconut
