Chocolate Corn Pudding

Ingredients

  • 2 pieces of corn, peeled, cleaned and then shaved.
  • 700ml water
  • 1 pack of agar – plain agar
  • 65 ml instant coconut milk
  • 135 gr sugar
  • pinch of salt

Addition To Chocolate Dough

  • 25 gr dcc, shaved
  • Topping: butterscotch sauce
  • (120 gr liquid whipcream + 60 gr butter + 70 gr brown sugar + 1/4 tsp salt + 1 tsp vanilla paste. Cook all ingredients, stir until bubbling and thickened).

How to Make Pudding

  • 1. Blend corn with 700 ml of water then strain. Put it in the pot.
  • 2. Add agar - agar, coconut milk, sugar, and salt, mix well.
  • 3. Take 300 ml of dough and add dcc, cook until boiling.
  • 4. Pour into the mold (I used a 16 x 16 cm square pan).
  • 5. Cook the rest of the dough until it boils, pour it over the chocolate layer that has slightly set, the surface is already crusty and if you touch it is not sticky.
  • 6. Chill.
  • 7. Cut - cut, pour butterscotch sauce.
