Ingredients

  • 7 eggs
  • 200 gr brown sugar (if you like it sweet, add it)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 sachets of white skim
  • 150 gr hunkwe flour (2 packs)
  • 800 ml thick coconut milk
  • 2 pandan leaves, tie a knot

Step

  • • Boil coconut milk with pandan leaves until it boils, let cool
  • • 24 diameter round tin, greased with oil and lined with baking paper, heat it with a steamer, cover the pan with a cloth.
  • • Beat the eggs, brown sugar, salt until the sugar dissolves then add the skm and hunkwe flour, stir again until the dough is smooth and not lumpy, pour the coconut milk while stirring, mix well.
  • • Steam the dough, the bottom layer is 200 ml, using medium heat tends to be high for 5 minutes, if the surface is wavy, pour the next layer 100 ml, do it until the dough runs out. After the last layer is steamed again for 25-30 minutes, cool the cake and then cut it, Ready to serve ️🤗. Good luck
