milk hearth bread / mirukuhasu

Ingredients

  • 250 gr high protein flour
  • 35 gr sugar
  • 235 gr total scales (125 gr cold liquid whipping cream + 110 gr cold water)
  • 4 gr instant yeast
  • 4 g Salt
  • 15 gr Oil

How to make

  • 1. In a bowl, mix flour and sugar
  • 2. In a bowl, mix the whipping liquid, cold water, instant yeast, salt and oil. Then pour into the flour, knead until a perfect elastic dough. Do a windowpanetest
  • 3. After elastic dough round the dough, rest 45 minutes. Deflate the dough, divide into 4 (I made 5 parts), thinly roll, roll and shape according to taste (you can watch the video tutorial on Ce Icenguik's ig, yes🙏). Final proofing for 1 hour (room temperature). Sprinkle flour, scoring/scratch, make motifs according to taste with the help of a razor or knife
  • 4. Bake in an oven that has been preheated at 180'C for approximately 20-25 minutes or until cooked (adjust the temperature of each oven)
  • Happy baking moms 😊, hopefully it's useful...
