Triple Chocolate Pudding
Ingredients
- Dark Chocolate Pudding (first):
- 800 ml UHT Milk
- 1 pack of clear jelly
- 150 gr sugar
- 25 gr dark chocolate powder
- 100 gr Dark Compound Chocolate (DCC), chopped
- 2 egg yolks
Milk Chocolate Pudding (Second)
- 800 ml UHT Milk
- 1 pack of clear jelly
- 150 gr sugar
- 25 gr cocoa powder
- 50 gr DCC, chopped
- 50 gr White Compound Chocolate (WCC), chopped
- 2 egg yolks
Bone White Pudding (Third)
- 800 ml UHT Milk
- 1 pack of clear jelly
- 150 gr sugar
- 100 gr WCC, chopped
- 2 egg yolks
How to make
- 1. Prepare a mold that has been moistened with boiled water
- 2. Prepare a pan (better thick)
- 3. First layer: Add all ingredients, stir using a balloon whisk until smooth. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until it boils, pour into the mold. Let it set, the top has formed skin (when touched it doesn't stick) but the bottom is still soft.
- Cook the second & third layers the same as the first layer. Before pouring the next layer make sure the previous layer is set. Pour slowly using a small vegetable spoon and start pouring from the end near the edge of the mold.
- After all layers are done, let it cool and put it in the refrigerator.
Vanilla Vla Ingredients
- 500 ml UHT Milk
- 80 gr sugar
- 20 gr cornstarch, dissolve in a little water
- 1/2 tsp vanilla paste
How to Make Vanilla Vla
- Bring milk & sugar to a boil while continuously stirring. Enter the cornstarch solution, stir quickly until bubbling. Turn off the heat, add the vanilla paste, mix well. Leave it until the hot steam is gone.
- Serve Triple Chocolate Pudding with vanilla vla, cold is more delicious.
