Spikoe 3 Flavors
Material 1
- 12 egg yolks (I use @ 20 gr)
- 95 gr egg white (about 3 small size)
- 110 gr sugar
- 1/2 tsp emulsifier
Material 2
- 95 gr medium protein flour
- 20 gr milk powder
Material 3
- 216 gr butter mix margarine, whipped and fluffy
Material 4
- Chocolate paste / mocha
- Pandan paste
- Vanilla Extract
How to Make Spikoe 3 Flavors
- 1. Whisk ingredients 1 tsp fluffy and thick.
- 2. Enter the ingredients 2 and beat well on low speed.
- 3. Divide the dough into 3 parts:
- 1 bag. the dough is given 72 grams of butter, whipped with pandan paste, mix well (beat on low speed for a minute).
- 1 bag. The dough is given 72 grams of whipped butter, chocolate paste
- 1 bag. the dough is given 72 g of whipped vanilla extract.
- 4. Pour each into 3 square pans measuring 22 x 10 x 7 cm which have been smeared with margarine and lined with parchment paper.
- 5. Bake in a preheated oven at 175 C for 25-30 minutes.
- 6. Once cooked and cold polished jam and arranged.
