Oreo Almond Cookies
Ingredients
- 140 gr Margarine
- 60 gr Refined Sugar
- 180 gr Low Protein Flour
- 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
- 30 gr Almond Slice, roast briefly until dry, coarsely mash
- 5 Oreo Biscuits and cream, coarsely mash
Toppings
- Melted Dark Cooking Chocolate, to taste
- White Chocolate to taste, to mix
How to make
- 1. Mix flour, baking powder, almonds and oreos that have been ground. Stir well, set aside.
- 2. Beat margarine and sugar until white fluffy, enter the flour mixture, mix well with a spatula until the dough can be formed.
- 3. Put the dough in the cookie frame, then roll it out. Form the dough with a peanut cake mold, arrange on a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper.
- 4. Bake at 150'C for 30 minutes until cooked, adjust each oven.
- 5. Once cool, dip cookies in melted chocolate, then decorate like nuts with the remaining melted chocolate, which is mixed with a little melted white chocolate. Store in the refrigerator for a while until the chocolate sets.
- 6. Store in an airtight jar.
