Oreo Almond Cookies

Ingredients

  • 140 gr Margarine
  • 60 gr Refined Sugar
  • 180 gr Low Protein Flour
  • 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
  • 30 gr Almond Slice, roast briefly until dry, coarsely mash
  • 5 Oreo Biscuits and cream, coarsely mash

Toppings

  • Melted Dark Cooking Chocolate, to taste
  • White Chocolate to taste, to mix

How to make

  • 1. Mix flour, baking powder, almonds and oreos that have been ground. Stir well, set aside.
  • 2. Beat margarine and sugar until white fluffy, enter the flour mixture, mix well with a spatula until the dough can be formed.
  • 3. Put the dough in the cookie frame, then roll it out. Form the dough with a peanut cake mold, arrange on a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper.
  • 4. Bake at 150'C for 30 minutes until cooked, adjust each oven.
  • 5. Once cool, dip cookies in melted chocolate, then decorate like nuts with the remaining melted chocolate, which is mixed with a little melted white chocolate. Store in the refrigerator for a while until the chocolate sets.
  • 6. Store in an airtight jar.
