Ingredients

  • 350 gr high pro flour
  • 1 egg
  • 5 g yeast
  • 30 gr SKM
  • 165 gr liquid milk
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 50 gr butter
  • 1 egg yolk and a little liquid milk for greasing

How to cook

  • 1. Mix all ingredients except butter and salt, knead until smooth
  • 2. Add salt and butter, knead until elastic
  • 3. Round it, let stand for 40-50 minutes
  • 4. Deflate the dough, divide into 30 grams, make small balls and fill according to taste (I used chocolate, grated cheese and chopped smoked beef)
  • 5. Put in a bread ring that has been smeared with margarine / carlo
  • 6. Let stand about 20 minutes while waiting for the oven to heat up. Brush the egg yolk and milk mixture before baking.
  • 7. Oven at 150/170 for 20-25 minutes.
  • 8. Remove, cool before storing.
