Indomilk Flush Pukis Ingredients

  • A. Ingredients:
  • 2 tsp instant yeast
  • 1 tbsp medium protein flour
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 100 ml of lukewarm water
  • B. Fat / fat ingredients:
  • 75 g butter, melted
  • C. Pukis ingredients:
  • 60 gr sweetened condensed milk @indomilk white
  • 175 gr medium protein flour
  • 80 gr high protein flour
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 100 gr sugar
  • 1 pack of instant coconut milk, warm boiled water 375 ml: mix
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp pandan paste
  • pinch of salt
  • D. Topping
  • Sweetened condensed milk @indomilk chocolate
  • Grated cheese

How to Make Indomilk Flush Pukis

  • A. Making a starter
  • 1. Mix and stir well all the ingredients, let stand until foamy and fluffy
  • B. Making Pukis
  • 1. In a bowl, mixer/beat the eggs and sugar until fluffy
  • 2. Enter the yeast dough and sweetened condensed milk @indomilk white, mix well
  • 3. Add flour, mix well
  • 4. Enter the coconut milk, mix well
  • 5. Add melted butter, mix well
  • 6. Divide the dough into 2, put pandan paste on one of the dough, mix well. Leave the other original dough
  • 7. Cover the dough with cling wrap or anything that can seal tightly. Leave 1-2 hours
  • 8. After 2 hours, pour the batter on the pukis grill, bake with low heat, don't forget to close the lid immediately while baking so the pukis don't have holes. Bake until cooked
  • 9. After it is cooked, dip the surface of the pukis into the @indomilk white skm then give the grated cheese
  • 10. Then flush with @indomilk chocolate skm
  • 11. Serve

Note

  • The use of sweetened condensed milk makes the pukis more moist and tender
