Ingredients

  • – 300gr high protein flour
  • – 50gr granulated sugar
  • – 20gr milk powder
  • – 4gr instant yeast
  • – 2 egg yolks
  • – 140-150ml liquid milk (I 150ml)
  • – 3g salt
  • – 40gr butter

Method

  • - mix flour, sugar, yeast and milk powder, mix well
  • - add egg yolks and liquid milk, knead until smooth
  • - add salt and butter, knead until elastic
  • – Round the dough, cover with a clean cloth, let stand until it has doubled in size ( +-45minutes(
  • - deflate the dough, divide into 12 parts, round
  • – Roll the dough into an elongated oval shape, roll it up, arrange it on a baking sheet with a distance
  • - Rest the dough again for 30 minutes, cover with a clean cloth
  • - brush the surface with liquid milk
  • – Bake at 150° for 25 minutes / adjust the oven each
  • - take it out of the pan, wait for it to warm, split it in half, don't break it, add toppings according to your taste
  • - ready to be served
