Ingredients

  • 3 Sheets of Bread
  • 100 ml Coconut milk
  • 200 ml Liquid Milk
  • 50 gr sugar
  • 1 Sheet of Pandan Leaves
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Pandan Paste
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch, dissolved in a little water

Toppings

  • Lotusia Grated Cheddar Cheese, to taste

How to make

  • 1. Cut the white bread into small pieces then put it in the cup. Set aside.
  • 2. Mix coconut milk, liquid milk, sugar, pandan leaves, and pandan paste, mix well. Cook over low heat until it boils.
  • 3. Enter the cornstarch solution, mix well, turn off the heat.
  • 4. Pour the sauce over the white bread, sprinkle with grated cheese according to taste.
  • 5. Store in the refrigerator until cold, serve.
