– 250 gr salad oil/canola oil/sunflower oil (if not, can be replaced with cooking oil).
– 5 tbsp glucose/maltose/bek gee .
– 5 tbsp glutinous rice flour.
– 1/2 tsp salt.
- Pandan paste, to taste according to the desired green color.
- I added 2 pandan leaves
How to
1. Wash the beans, then soak for 5 hours, rinse the water, then drain & boil with enough water until cooked and soft, remove and wait for it to cool first, in a blender until smooth.
2. Pour into a frying pan, add oil little by little while stirring until well blended, then add sugar & brown sugar, cook on low heat until slightly thickened, then add glucose, stir until well blended, add pandan paste to taste until the green color is as desired, stir until the color is evenly distributed, then add the glutinous rice flour little by little while stirring continuously until the dough is not sticky in the pan, remove and cool.
