1. Put grated cheese and chocolate chip in the middle of the puff pastry (lengthwise) leaving a little space (2cm) on the top and bottom, add sweetened condensed milk to the filling
2. Fold the top and bottom to cover the filling
3. Slice the right and left slices of the puff pastry up to the filling then cover the contents with the slices alternately left and right (forming like a braid)
4. Place on a baking sheet that has been smeared with margarine or lined with baking paper, brush the surface of the puff pastry with egg yolk, give grated cheese and chocolate chips on top
5. Bake in the preheated oven, at 190C for 35 minutes/adjust to each oven, remove and serve.
