Shiny Brownies Bites
Ingredients
- 150 gr Dark chocolate (I used milk chocolate)
- 50 gr Butter
- 40 ml cooking oil
- 2 eggs
- 150 gr fine sugar
- 100 gr medium protein flour
- 35 gr cocoa powder
Method
- 1. Melt dark chocolate, butter, vegetable oil in a team way.
- 2. Beat eggs and powdered sugar using a whisk until the sugar is dissolved.
- 3. Add melted chocolate, mix well.
- 4. Enter the sifted flour and cocoa powder, mix again until smooth (dough is very thick and heavy).
- 5. Line a baking sheet with baking paper and pour the mixture into a uk-sized baking sheet. 25x25x3cm (For the insulation, no need to be smeared).
- 6. Bake at 180°c on top and bottom for 15 minutes (until shiny) then lower the temperature to 150°c on top and bottom for 15-20 minutes (depending on your oven).
