Ingredients

  • 100 gr High Protein Flour
  • 100 gr Medium Protein Flour
  • 30 gr sugar
  • 3 gr Instant Yeast
  • 1 egg
  • 25 gr Butter
  • 2 g Salt
  • 100 ml of liquid milk (adjust according to the condition of the dough)

Spread Before Baking

  • 1 Egg Yolk + 1 tsp Sweetened Condensed, Mix together, mix well

Spread After Cooking

  • 1 tsp Butter Space + 1 tsp Sweet Condensed, Mix together, mix well

Toppings And Stuffing

  • Grated Cheese to taste, Strawberry Jam to taste

How to make

  • 1. Mix flour, sugar, instant yeast, mix well. Add the eggs and water little by little. Mixer or knead until the dough comes together.
  • 2. Enter the butter and salt, mixer until elastic, immediately divide the dough into 4 parts, arrange in a pipe pan that has been smeared with thin margarine. After the dough is arranged in the tin, immediately put the pipe into the tin (the position of the dough is under the pipe (you can see it on the photo slide).
  • 3. Rest the dough for 45 minutes until it has doubled in size.
  • 4. Brush the surface of the bread with egg yolk + sweet thick, sprinkle with grated cheese.
  • 5. Oven at 180'C for 20-25 minutes (adjust each oven).
  • 6. Once cooked, immediately rub the surface of the bread with butter + sweetened condensed, then remove the pipe in the pan, then remove the bread from the pan.
  • 7. Cool the bread, then fill it with jam according to taste.
