• Mixer butter, salt, sugar 50gr high speed – 10 minutes, until fluffy. In another bowl, mix eggs, emulsifier, 50gr sugar – 10 minutes, until thick white fluffy.
• Pour the beaten eggs into the butter mixture, mix well with a spatula, add the flour & baking powder, sifter, mixer on medium speed.
• 6 tablespoons of dough – add chocolate paste, the rest of the dough – vanilla paste (I divided it into 3 pieces, I added chocolate paste, red coloring, and vanilla paste)
• Pour alternately on a baking sheet that has been greased with butter, then pull it with chopsticks to form a marble motif. Oven 180 degrees – 40 minutes.
