Ingredients

  • 1 pack agar²
  • 800 ml of liquid milk chocolate flavor.
  • 75 gr DCC Van Houten Professional Dark Compound @vanhoutenprofessional.id
  • 50 gr sugar (according to taste).

Toppings

  • DCC Van Houten Professional Dark Compound @vanhoutenprofessional.id coarsely shaved.
  • Strawberry Jam
  • Whipping cream .

How to make

  • 1. Mix powdered agar², liquid milk, sugar. Bring to a boil and turn off the stove. Add pieces of Van Houten Professional Dark Compound @vanhoutenprofessional.id Stir until the DCC Van Houten Professional Dark Compound dissolves.
  • 2. Pour the liquid pudding into the cup mold. Let stand until set to room temperature.
  • 3. Top with strawberry jam, whipping cream and sprinkle with grated DCC Van Houten Professional Dark Compound. Store in the refrigerator. ENJOY
