Ingredients

  • 120gr over ripe banana (about 2 medium sized pieces)
  • 2 fresh eggs
  • 50gr sugar
  • 100gr medium protein flour
  • 60gr melted butter

How to make;

  • Mash the bananas until mashed.
  • Preheat the oven to 170C.
  • Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy, thick and white (ribbon stage).
  • Enter the mashed banana, stir gently with the technique of stirring again until well blended.
  • Enter the flour by sifting into the egg-banana mixture. Do it slowly so that not too much foam melts. The dough formed is thick and thick.
  • Pour 1/4 of the batter into the bowl of melted butter, stir gently then mix with the rest of the batter. Stir back using a spatula.
  • Pour the mixture into a baking dish that has been greased and dusted with flour.
  • put in the oven, bake until cooked. Use top and bottom heat for about 40 minutes (according to your respective oven).

Note

  • 1. Use really fresh eggs, no need for sp or developer.
  • 2. I made 2 recipes (Tulban pan uk.22, 1 recipe gets 1 pan uk 22×10).
