Decorative Cut Sponge
Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 90 gr sugar
- tsp sp
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 100 gr low protein flour
- 15 gr cornstarch
- 20 gr milk powder
- 75 g melted butter

How to make
- * I use a baking sheet uk 20 × 20 cm
- 1. Mixer eggs, sugar, sp and vanilla until thick white trails.
- 2. Enter the mixture of flour and milk that has been sifted, then mix well
- 3. Enter the melted butter, stir until smooth with a spatula until no oil settles.
- 4. Pour into the tin, beat 3 times, then bake with preheat oven at 175 C fire up and down for 30-35 minutes

- 6. Grease with buttercream when it's cold, and decorate with meises. Then cut the cake into 16 pieces
