Lapis Lapyu Brownies (bangka Malay Lapis Brownies)
Brownies Ingredients
- 200 gr chocolate dcc
- 70 gr Butter
- 60 ml cooking oil
- 3 eggs
- 205 gr sugar
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 140 gr Medium protein flour
- 50 gr cocoa powder dark chocolate
Step
- 1. Melt the dcc, butter and oil
- 2.Mixer eggs and sugar until the sugar is completely dissolved
- 3. Enter while sifting flour and cocoa powder

Bangka Malay Layer Ingredients (1/2 Recipe).
- 5 eggs
- 175gr sugar
- 150gr tapioca flour
- 175ml thick coconut milk
- 1 sachet milk powder
- 1/2 pack of vanilla powder
Method
- Mix eggs, vanilla and sugar until fluffy
- Add the powdered milk, but the flour gradually, mix well.
- Add coconut milk and mix well
- Preheat the de Vinci oven to 230 for -15 minutes.
- Pour the batter over the brownies, bake at 250'c on the top rack for 5-6 minutes.
