Ingredients

  • 6 Eggs
  • 120 gr sugar
  • 1 tsp Emulsifier
  • 130 gr Wheat Flour
  • 20 gr cornstarch
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Pasta
  • 120 gr Margarine, melted

Toppings

  • 50 gr mayonnaise + 1 tsp sweet condensed
  • Shredded according to taste

How to make

  • 1. Beat eggs, sugar, vanilla paste, emulsifier until fluffy white and thick trails.
  • 2. Enter the flour + cornstarch gradually while sifting, beat on low speed.
  • 3. Add melted margarine, beat on low speed. Stir with a spatula to make sure that no margarine settles.
  • 4. Pour into a 30×30 bulkhead pan that has been lined with parchment paper and smeared with thin margarine (the bulkhead does not need to be smeared).
  • 5. Oven at 180'C 25 minutes until cooked.
  • 6. After it cools down, brush the surface of the cake with mayonnaise, topping it with shredded.
