onde – onde kuah ginger

Ingredients

  • 350gr Steamed Orange Sweet Potato
  • 100gr tapioca flour
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp sugar

How to make

  • 1. Crush the sweet potato when it's warm
  • 2. Give a pinch of salt, and sugar mix well
  • 3. Give tapioca flour knead until it can be shaped.
  • 4. Shape according to taste, boil until the Onde² floats
  • 5. Remove and add to the ginger gravy
  • 1. Bring water to a boil, add brown sugar and salt
  • 2. Cook for about 10 minutes
  • 3. Serve with dumplings

Ginger Sauce Ingredients

  • 250 grams brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 50 grams of ginger
  • 1250 ml of water
