Material A

  • 100 gr granulated sugar

Material B

  • 80 gr Medium Protein Flour
  • 20 gr cornstarch
  • 1/4 tsp Baking Powder

Material C

  • 50 gr Margarine, melted
  • 50 ml Cooking Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Pandan Paste
  • Mix together

Spread

  • Buttercream to taste

Toppings

  • Grated Cheese to taste

How to make

  • 1. In a bowl, mix Ingredients B (wheat flour, cornstarch and baking powder) mix well. Set aside.
  • 2. Beat ingredients A (eggs, sugar and emulsifier) ​​until fluffy, thick, trailing white.
  • 3. Enter Material B (flour mixture) gradually by sifting. Mixer on low speed until smooth, do not overmix.
  • 4. Add in Ingredients C (melted margarine, cooking oil, pandan paste). Stir again with a spatula until smooth, you can mix on low speed for a while). Do not let there be oil deposits.
  • 5. Pour into a 22x10x6 brownie pan that has been smeared with thin margarine and lined with parchment paper. Steam over medium heat for 30 minutes. Do not forget to preheat the steamer and cover the steamer cover with a napkin.
  • 6. Once cooked immediately remove from the tin and cool.
  • 7. Split the cake into 2 parts, spread one part with buttercream then stack with the other. Brush the top with buttercream, sprinkle with grated cheese to taste.
  • 8. Cut into pieces and serve.
