Ingredients

  • 195 ml uht milk
  • 5 g instant yeast (1.5 tsp)
  • 82 g eggs (weighed)
  • 370 gr high protein flour
  • 50 gr medium protein flour
  • 15 grams of powdered milk
  • 75 gr sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 60 gr butter/margarine

Spread

  • 100 gr margarine
  • 50 g powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
  • *** Mix all ingredients over boiling water while stirring, let cool until slightly thickened, ready to be smeared.

How to make

  • 1. Mix UHT milk and yeast, mix well. Add eggs, sugar and mix well.
  • 2. Enter the flour, milk powder, and salt mix well. Let stand 15 minutes, cover with cling wrap. Add butter, mix well.
  • 3. Pour the dough on the work table, knead until elastic or knead with a mixer until elastic.
  • 4. Cover with cling wrap and let stand until doubled.
  • 5. Deflate the dough, cut into pieces of 16 grams each or just divide it into 50 pieces, round it up.
  • 6. Prepare a bulkhead mold, line with baking paper, divider and spread margarine on the sides.
  • 7. Take the dough and roll it into an oval shape, starting with the first rounded dough, then store it in the pan. Let stand until doubled.
  • 8. Brush with UHT milk, oven at 180°C, fire up and down for about 20 minutes (adjust each oven, yes).
  • 9. Remove from heat, spread with butter. Split into 2 grease with oil.
  • Can also be roasted briefly after being smeared.
