Material A

  • 4 egg yolks
  • 70ml liquid milk
  • 70ml vegetable oil
  • 70gr triangular flour
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla powder

Material B

  • 4 egg whites
  • 80gr sugar
  • 1 tsp lime
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Other Ingredients

  • Chocolate Paste to taste

Filling

  • Whip cream powder
  • cold liquid milk
  • Oreos

How to make

  • Mix ingredients A in a bowl together, stir using a whisk until there are no lumps.
  • In another bowl, beat the egg whites, gradually adding the sugar. Beat until stiff peaks.
  • Gradually add the egg whites to the ingredients A. Stir back using a spatula.
  • take 1/4 of the dough, put it in a plastic triangle, leave it white. the rest of the dough give chocolate paste.
  • make a white motif first (see reels) bake for 1-2 minutes at 150C. Then pour the chocolate mixture.
  • Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 160C. Remove, cool then give filling. Roll the sponge, close it. Refrigerate 30 minutes, ready to serve.
