Giraffe Rolls
Material A
- 4 egg yolks
- 70ml liquid milk
- 70ml vegetable oil
- 70gr triangular flour
- 1/4 tsp vanilla powder
Material B
- 4 egg whites
- 80gr sugar
- 1 tsp lime
- 1/4 tsp salt
Other Ingredients
- Chocolate Paste to taste
Filling
- Whip cream powder
- cold liquid milk
- Oreos
How to make
- Mix ingredients A in a bowl together, stir using a whisk until there are no lumps.
- In another bowl, beat the egg whites, gradually adding the sugar. Beat until stiff peaks.
- Gradually add the egg whites to the ingredients A. Stir back using a spatula.
- take 1/4 of the dough, put it in a plastic triangle, leave it white. the rest of the dough give chocolate paste.
- make a white motif first (see reels) bake for 1-2 minutes at 150C. Then pour the chocolate mixture.
- Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 160C. Remove, cool then give filling. Roll the sponge, close it. Refrigerate 30 minutes, ready to serve.
