Leather

  • 250 gr medium protein flour
  • 125 gr cold butter
  • tsp salt
  • 3-4 tbsp cold water
  • >>> How: mix flour, butter and salt until fine grains like sand, add water little by little. Stir well (don't overmix), set aside first, store in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes

Stuffing Ingredients

  • 2 apples (cut to taste)
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 70 gr coconut sugar
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla paste
  • pinch of salt
  • >>> Method: Mix all the stuffing ingredients together. set aside

Toppings

  • Egg (beaten off)
  • Sugar

Solution

  • 1. Form the skin on a roll and put it on a baking sheet/mold, press and pierce with a fork. Save a little for decoration on top
  • 2. Enter the stuffing. Another form of leather material for decoration above.
  • 3. Brush with egg shell on top, sprinkle with granulated sugar.
  • 4. Bake 180°C – 25-30 minutes fire up and down until crispy and browned.
