Then sprinkle again with yeast tape then arrange cassava again on top and sprinkle yeast tape again evenly cover with banana leaves again cover with clean cloth and cover again with ballast function so that it is airtight and cassava is fermented well

  • – after washing cassava, try not to touch the skin/hands
  • - steamed cassava half cooked
  • – sprinkle the tape yeast with a sieve so that the yeast is evenly distributed and the granules are smooth
