Pandan Cheese Sponge Ingredients

  • 10 egg yolks
  • 3 whole eggs
  • 100 gr sugar
  • 70 gr low protein flour
  • 10 g cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp milk flour
  • 1 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
  • 135 gr melted butter
  • 1 tbsp pandan deposit

How to Make Pandan Cheese Sponge

  • 1. Mix the eggs and sugar until thick. Then add the sweetened condensed milk and mix until smooth.
  • 2. Then enter the flour, cornstarch, powdered milk that has been sifted and stir back with a spatula.
  • 3. Enter the butter and mix well with a spatula, add the pandan deposits and stir until smooth.
  • 4. Pour into a tin that has been lined with baking paper
  • 5. then bake at a temperature of 160 c on fire and 150 c on top fire, adjust to each oven
  • 6. Once cool, spread butter cream and sprinkle with grated cheese.
