Pandan Cheese Sponge Ingredients
- 10 egg yolks
- 3 whole eggs
- 100 gr sugar
- 70 gr low protein flour
- 10 g cornstarch
- 2 tbsp milk flour
- 1 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
- 135 gr melted butter
- 1 tbsp pandan deposit
How to Make Pandan Cheese Sponge
- 1. Mix the eggs and sugar until thick. Then add the sweetened condensed milk and mix until smooth.
- 2. Then enter the flour, cornstarch, powdered milk that has been sifted and stir back with a spatula.
- 3. Enter the butter and mix well with a spatula, add the pandan deposits and stir until smooth.
- 4. Pour into a tin that has been lined with baking paper
- 5. then bake at a temperature of 160 c on fire and 150 c on top fire, adjust to each oven
- 6. Once cool, spread butter cream and sprinkle with grated cheese.
