1. Mix the dough A & B, stir until completely blended.
2. Enter the flour and milk powder while sifted, mix well.
3. Take out the 380 gr dough (4 layers @ 90 gr = 360 gr and add 20gr), add the RV paste and cocoa powder while sifting, mix well.
4. Prepare a 20x20x8cm tin, grease the bottom of the pan with butter/margarine, line it with baking paper.
5. Preheat the oven to 150C, top, bottom, rack for 10 minutes. After that, put the empty pan in the oven for 5 minutes.
6. Take out the pan, add 1 layer of dough (me: 90gr/layer). Flatten.
7. Bake with a temperature of 150C, fire on top, bottom rack for 5 minutes, then change to 170C, fire on middle rack, bake until browned.
8. 2nd layer and so on, bake with a temperature of 190C on top fire, middle rack.
9. Layer arrangement: 4 ori layers, 2 RV layers, 4 ori layers, 2 RV layers, the rest of the layers.
10. Last layer: bake with a temperature of 170C on top fire, middle rack until the surface is slightly browned, transfer to the bottom rack, change to top and bottom fire and bake again for 5 minutes / until the surface is browned.
