Ingredients

  • - 100 gr grated cheese
  • – 2 eggs
  • – 7 tbsp sugar (100gr)
  • – emulsifier half tsp (sp/ovalet)
  • – 12 tablespoons medium protein flour (120gr)
  • – half tsp baking powder
  • – 100 ml coconut milk (65 ml instant, 35 ml water (5 tbsp))
  • – quarter tsp pandan paste

How to make

  • – Grease the mold with oil, put grated cheese on the mold, press until solid, set aside
  • - mixer eggs, sugar, emulsifier until fluffy pale trail
  • - Enter the flour and baking powder on low speed mixer until just blended
  • - add coconut milk and pandan paste, half grated cheese, fold with a spatula until blended
  • – pour into the mold
  • – steam for 15 minutes, the steamer has been preheated
