Ingredients

  • 125 gr starch
  • 12 g glutinous rice flour
  • 80 gr sugar
  • 250 ml coconut milk
  • A little salt
  • A little vanilla
  • Red and white coloring

Method

  • 1. Mix all the ingredients until the sugar is dissolved. Then strain.
  • 2. Divide into 2, each part about 200gr more.
  • 1 dough is colored red, 1 dough is left white.
  • 3. Grease a 22 x 22 cm tin with vegetable oil thinly.
  • 4. Heat the steamer, pour the white mixture, mix well before pouring into the pan, after pouring immediately put it into the steamer (so it doesn't settle). Steam for 5 minutes. Continue with the red layer, the same way.
  • 5. Once cooked, wait a bit to cool, then turn it over in plastic. Roll and cut with a dough scraper.
