Chocolate Layered Fruit Pudding
Clear Pudding Ingredients
- 1/2 pack agar2 plain
- 1 tbsp Nutrigel Lychee
- 50 gr sugar (plus for those who like it sweet)
- 400 ml boiled water
How to make
- 1. Mix agar2, nutrigel, sugar, mix well. Add water, mix well. Bring to a boil while stirring.
- 2. Pour a little in the baking dish, arrange the fruits, wait a moment so that the top is slightly set, pour the remaining agar2, wait for half a set.

- 2. Pour over the fruit pudding, leave until half set.

- 2. Pour over the lychee pudding, the rest for the top, cool, turn, pour the rest of the pudding into the hollow in the middle, decorate with fruit.
Lychee Pudding Ingredients

- 1 pack agar2 plain/chocolate
- 1.5 tbsp Nutrigel Plain
- 100 gr sugar (plus for those who like it sweet)
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 800 ml plain/chocolate liquid milk (can be mixed with water)
- 75 gr dark cooking chocolate
Topping
- Kiwi, Strawberry, Grape
- Adhesive
- 2 g clear agar 175 ml water 25 g sugar, bring to a boil
