Buttermilk Ingredients

  • 80 ml full cream liquid milk

Cake Ingredients

  • 150 gr prochiz spready
  • 180 g ripe banana
  • 125 ml of oil
  • 180 gr sugar

  • 2 eggs
  • 180 gr medium protein flour
  • 1 tsp sp
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 35 grams of powdered milk
  • 25 gr cornstarch

Cream Cheese Ingredients

  • 150 gr butter
  • 100 gr prochis spready
  • 150 gr powdered sugar

How to make

  • 1. Make buttermilk: liquid milk with vinegar, mix well then let stand 5 minutes
  • 2. Blend banana, SKM, buttermilk, oil, PROCHIS Spready and a portion of sugar until well mixed and sugar dissolves, then set aside
  • 3. In another bowl, sift the dry ingredients together, set aside
  • 4. Beat eggs, SP and sugar, at high speed until white fluffy.
  • 5. Enter the ingredients that have been in the blender, dry ingredients gradually and alternately while in the mixer on low speed.
  • 6. Prepare 2 pans with a diameter of 20 cm which have been lined with baking paper and greased with butter. 7. Divide the dough into two evenly, put it in the pan.
  • 8. Oven at 160⁰ C until cooked, do a toothpick test.
  • 9. Remove from oven, cool.
  • 10. Then remove it from the pan and flatten it by cutting the surface of the cake that is puffy
  • 11. Decorate 1 cake with cream cheese and put it in the refrigerator (so that the cream cheese is firm)
