Banana Spready Cheese Cake
Buttermilk Ingredients
- 80 ml full cream liquid milk
- 1/2 tsp vinegar
Cake Ingredients
- 150 gr prochiz spready
- 180 g ripe banana
- 125 ml of oil
- 180 gr sugar
- 50 gr skim
- 2 eggs
- 180 gr medium protein flour
- 1 tsp sp
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 35 grams of powdered milk
- 25 gr cornstarch
Cream Cheese Ingredients
- 150 gr butter
- 100 gr prochis spready
- 150 gr powdered sugar
How to make
- 1. Make buttermilk: liquid milk with vinegar, mix well then let stand 5 minutes
- 2. Blend banana, SKM, buttermilk, oil, PROCHIS Spready and a portion of sugar until well mixed and sugar dissolves, then set aside
- 3. In another bowl, sift the dry ingredients together, set aside
- 4. Beat eggs, SP and sugar, at high speed until white fluffy.
- 5. Enter the ingredients that have been in the blender, dry ingredients gradually and alternately while in the mixer on low speed.
- 6. Prepare 2 pans with a diameter of 20 cm which have been lined with baking paper and greased with butter. 7. Divide the dough into two evenly, put it in the pan.
- 8. Oven at 160⁰ C until cooked, do a toothpick test.
- 9. Remove from oven, cool.
- 10. Then remove it from the pan and flatten it by cutting the surface of the cake that is puffy
- 11. Decorate 1 cake with cream cheese and put it in the refrigerator (so that the cream cheese is firm)
- 12. Decorate the next cake and put it in the refrigerator

How to Make Cream Cheese
- 1. Mix the butter and powdered sugar until smooth
